As I mentioned in previous posts, 45 will be the next support for AMER to test. This is a very strong support level for AMER from a technical point of view. I agree that 42-48 might be the new trading range for the next 2-3 weeks.

My caution to everyone in this thread is, even 45 is not a sacred number here, it could be broken if some bad news come out. I got a response from Duncan saying that there's a Consumer Report coming out rating CompuServe as the best on-line service. AMER's valuation certainly is out of wack comparing to Compuserve. Maybe some money will shift inside the online service group. The whole stock market does make people nervous at this level.

For AMER, the long term outlook for business is uncertain, my assessment is that the momentum is downward in the next 1-2 months. I would call it a buy at the lower 40 level, but I'll use stop loss to minimize the risk.
