Charles, I'm afraid you won't find any financials as none have been filed yet. The company is currently submitting its 10SB which includes audited financial statements the company would then be fully reporting. The company filed with S&P last week and should be "blue skyed" by the end of next week. I believe financial statements were filed with S&P. I hope this helps. Best regards, Paul
