<<I thought it was significant that his response to the analyst from W. J. Nolan about the wave of consolidation in the industry and MRV's stance toward acquisition was not "we want to go it alone" or "no comment" but that a 100% premium over current market wasn't enough.>>

Yes this was VERY significant. I don't know how many people picked up on this, but Noam mentioned that they felt "an Order of Magnitude should be a much more realistic value".

An Order of Magnitude is 10 times, or around $82+ dollars per share.

They aren't interested in talking takeover at anywhere near these levels - and I fully agree. This just goes to show you how far undervalued this stock is.

Don't get excited though. I bet not one of the ANALysts asking questions even know what an Order of Magnitude is, let alone grasped what they were saying.

These guys must all go to the same school (probably a middle school in the Bronx). For Example, Noam said CLEARLY, that they have not yet exercised the New Access options, but still people thought they currently own 60%.

I just listened to the CC - the most positive sounding in recent memory.

I do not want to comment further until I have listened at least once more. I may not get my notes posted until VERY late or even tomorrow.
