How do you manage stop loss on the open?
Depends if it is gapping up, gapping down, or flat on the open!

Gap up- I place my stop at the previous day close minus what I am willing to lose
Gap down- I may put in a market sell if it is past my stop position or take the chance it will recoup by placing the stop at "open price" minus acceptable "further loss"!
Flat, leave it at yesterdays stop position!
