One more wrinkle (obvious but I missed it) in this whole AOL/Comcast theory we are playing with is that arch-enemies AOL and MSFT would have a joint ownership of pieces of Comcast and RR. I doubt anyone could survive the clash of those two egos. Maybe it's not such a likely possibility after all. Far more likely Comcast would just go to MSFT for the extra $. One thing MSFT has is TONS of cas, and they have already sold their soul to that devil anyhow. Either way UMG looks like a sure bet. Put my XCIT trading profits into UMG. Less upside, but virtually no downside. Eric
