Hi WHITEAGLE,

You mention the need to respect Management. The one thing keeping me from loading up on this stock is Management Related. I primarily follow biotech stocks. HABE reminds me of some of the worse run biotechs.

Sure the science part of HABE is exciting. However HABE resembles the worse kind of model from an investing strategy. Way too many shares outstanding. Inability to establish significant collaborations. Underfunded.

Heck the company could even face delisting because it fails to file regular Q reports with the SEC. I would guess this is a perfect example of how poorly this company is in fact run. Sorry but loading up here is way too risky. I'll invest play money but I am not going to risk investment dollars on a company which can cost me my investment out of sheer laziness.

PS: I like HABE too but they really need to clean up their act. Problem is it may be too late before we see the SEC & NASDAQ ~Writing on the Subway Walls~.
