Kerry - This current S-8 is not to register stock that the chairman failed to file previously. I don't have a true copy of the filing but S-8's are for employee stock option plans, consultants, and company lawyers who take stock in payment for their services - You are totally wrong in your response to Sandra. Call the company's IR people - I did just the other day - they told me their were no sellers left with stock, now all of a sudden there is an S-8 filed. Sandra - how many were filed and for the benefit of whom? I can't get a full copy of the registration - I'd like to see who got what !!!!
