Hank, I freely admit I've been plenty wrong in the past, and no doubt will be in the future. My goal is learn from my mistakes and reduce the number of times I make bad calls.

Regarding Netgain: it takes more than "great product" and a good sales force to turn a company around. It takes a management team that can execute a plan, and a market that wants the product being offered at the price it is being offered. In my opinion the FSTW management team has to prove itself in this situation. As for the market acceptance of the product, I still maintain that NetGain does not offer anything radically different from what is already available. FSTW has the added burden of showing prospects that they are financially viable and will be around to support the prospects potential $500K investment 3 years from now.

Brock and Babb may well turn this company around, but it seems to me that there are a lot more opportunities elsewhere. One of the lessons I have learnt from past mistakes is to avoid emotional attachment to a particular equity. Good or bad. My entire portfolio gets a regular review every few months (at most), and non-performers get dumped. Sure I've missed out on some turnarounds. But I'm pleased with the gains I've realized with my reinvestments.

I only participate on this thread for the benefit of Mike M and Roger. Oh, and Buddy M.
