Mark,

I challenge anyone else to find me another O&G producer with a market cap. under $200 mm where the head honcho pulls down 500 G's a year.

I was attracted to SFY because of the miniscule price-to-cash-flow ratio they have. Now I think I see why it is so low and will be likely to remain so.

There is a lot of symbolism involved in what a president does and how he gets compensated. When he takes a 6 figure bonus even when his stock is getting trashed it just sends the wrong signals IMO. Doesn't matter whether he was or wasn't the reason for the decline. Doesn't matter whether he met or didn't meet his business goals. With the CEO, as they say, the buck stops here. He oughtta live and die by the movement of his company's stock price, justifiedly or not.

Lee Iaccoca took $1 a year salary one year for Chrysler.

Didn't even think of looking at this stuff before I bought my initial position. This is rarely a problem for the O&G small cap companies. Glad I looked at it before continuing my buy program though.
