Dan, this is the best I can come up with on the Zicam but I still question the ownership as this indicates Gumtech will comarket and distribute. Who owns the patent? Who makes the product and from my last post "Gel Tech--a new venture by Biodelivery Technologies Inc. and GumTech International--has introduced Zicam, a homeopathic nasal gel spray". I guess I'm not clear on the Geltech, Gumtech, Biodelivery tech arrangement of who does and who gets what. I'll keep digging

BODY: GumTech International of Phoenix in Arizona, USA, has signed a letter of intent to set up a joint venture with Gel Tech to co-market and distribute Zicam, a homeopathic cold remedy. Under the terms of the agreement, GumTech will own a 60% interest in the new entity. Initial orders are now being shipped to selected retail outlets across the country.
Zicam contains Zinullose, a patent-pending ionic emulsification formula. Initial clinical research indicates that the product significantly reduces the duration of the common cold, according to GumTech. GumTech and Gel Tech researchers collaborated on the development of the patent over the past 18 months, it was added.
