The play really seems like a sure loser in any sensible analysis. Apparently, the drill program is a miserable failure. This is a good stock certificate to use for toilet paper when the current roll runs out. No need to drive to the grocery store, just look inside your footlocker for these little certificates and use them for the dirty deed. In that way, some value may be recouped.
