The underperform rating is already out. Have you seen it?

Oh yeah, I vaguely remember something like that from last week <g>.

Perhaps I should have asked "does anyone know when we will see analyst ratings from US analysts who have a clue about this industry, unlike the manipulative rating Pavan put on it out of spite?".
