This article stated that AOL was Roberts best HOPE! AOL does not have to side with Comcast to win what it wants (which is a better deal for access from ATHM/T)....it just has to look like it might side with Comcast. I would be very surprised if they actually went through with it. Please remember that in the internet space AOL is seen as the future Gorilla at this time, which means deals will be made between enemies to stop them. IMHO Comcast is being lead along by AOL. The family that owns most of Comcast would never give the kind of control to AOL that Case would demand. They would quickly see that they would be better off back with T calling the shots. It's make up time.
