Sorry Doug, not meaning to flame you, but your analysis is indeed very wrong. You assume that the private customer base is PSI's focus (as AOL has taken on), which is entirely wrong. They recently have acknowledged that the commercial customer which is valued far greater than the private user, is the target of their business. The bells are after these services more than the small user, so comparing PSI with AOL, Compuserve, makes no sense in the big picture at all.
