hello there everybody.
NR was worst what I expected but the stock didn't tank.
Yes it is low and at this time it is a bust but as long as they drilling and still have cash is not over.
I think this is as low as this stock can go for a while.
Look...if You could buy this stock two months ago for .60-.70 knowing that company has a lots of cash and extensive drilling program and great potential..would You?
One more thing, market got everything at this moment and not expecting anything more for few weeks to come.
Now when pressure is gone they can do there job.
This is exactly the bottom for this one as long as they still drilling and this is my opinion.
We may probably see some appreciation in price in coming days.
I don't see much downside for NWI at this time.
Today we need some positive news and I known many of You holding Cypress so I will share this info with You.
I did confirmed this with Cypress IR today.
Some of You known this fact but many probably don't.
You known that majors always staked the best area and they always getting the best land first.
The same story was in Lac Rocher:Noranda,Falconbridge staked prime land position according to there best knowledge long before staking rush began.
Then come staking rush after NWI discovery and CYP was one of the first one who staked large land position
Fortunetly around Falkonbridge claims...look at the map: cypressminerals.com
During this staking they (CYP)find out that six claims block staked by Falco wasn't done correctly so Cypress included this six claims block as theres own.
Unfortunately for Falco and fortunately for Cypress this six claims block was the main target for Falco in this area.
First they try to dispute those claims and find some technicality but on the end they new they made a mistake and those claims legally belong to Cypress and the best they can do is JV with Cypress on those claims.
I don't known how good are those claims but if Falco want it so badly they must be good.
Finaly they agreed to explore those six claims together on 50/50 basis.
This is not on paper yet so is no deal at this moment but I don't think Cypress can back down from this arrangement.
This is what I known at this moment and if anybody have more question please call Cypress IR.
Looks to me like we have another major JV in the area and this kind of news even if is not official yet is very positive development.
Stay tune...at this moment You never known who may have the best land position.
Take this as the news from the area player and not as an promotion.
Regard
Marek
