Cramer's outfit touted me into selling 1,000 shares of E*Trade when it was at $15 when it printed a very skeptical analysis seven or eight months ago, so what follows I offer with a grain of salt. However, it's clear that he's changed his tune:

"Thestreet.com's Cramer on Etrade

Question: What do you think about E-trade as a long term hold?

TSCNYjjc: As I am long E-trade, take this with a grain of salt, but these guys have all of the momentum and I am very impressed with these guys (TheStreet.com has a deal with them so again, I want to disclose that.)"

This stock continues to amaze me. They just announced a few days ago that they had 900,000 customers, and now today they announce that they're already over a million! The last 5 months have been so bizarre--the stock was at $25 on December 1, and now it's at (pre-split) $240!! People go their entire lives without seeing a stock go up 9 times, and this stock has done it in 5 months. Weird. Unfortunately, it's difficult to talk to people about this because it makes it look as if you're bragging; on the other hand, how can you not talk about it??
