"Waiting for 100% proof before buying the stock is going to mean the price is way up there!"

As far as I am concerned, the price is already way up there. I realize however that the dreamers (forgive me) can drive it much higher. I was also dreaming Sunday, April the 11th, when people were predicting a move the following day in the $20-50 range. But when Monday arrived, the price movement in the opposite direction had the effect of a cold shower on me.

I tend to agree with JP that the two NRs were planned in order to have the warrants exercised, and I believe the company never expected such a dramatic response from investors.

I also believe Delphi has many commitment letters with a lot of other smaller companies and this particular one may not be more important to them than all the others. I can also easily imagine Global asking permission from Delphi in order to put Delphi's name on a carefully written NR, for the simple purpose of having the warrants exercised. After all, management is intelligent and they could guess the investors would close the gap and start comparing their company with Ballard.

I don't see this company as a value play anymore, but more like a diamond stock or Internet play. Yes the story is sexy, but it can be interpreted in different ways.

I also agree with JP that this forum (classroom!) doesn't have much influence on the price direction and movement. The market is much bigger and is in the end the real decider. No pushing is necessary.

Regards,

mh
