If we multiply that by 1000, it equals 1.25 billion shares pre reverse. Translation: the scum has been issuing more shares. I wouldn't be surprised if they were back up to 10s of millions of shares already. Don't forget folks, 900 mil authorized reversed by a 1000 = 900k outstanding. But in NEVADA, the 900 million is still authorized and can be issued without shareholder approval.
