(OTC Bulletin Board: ETVL), announced the launch of its travel club that has been under development for the past year. The travel club will operate under the trade style of Vacationsss Travel Club. Stanley Priskie, President of EXA International, Inc. announced that Vacationsss Travel Club has signed an agreement with Father Goose, Inc., to jointly market travel club memberships under the Father Goose affinity label. A direct-mail campaign will be initiated by Father Goose, in late May, to 100,000 South Florida households, promoting the Vacationsss Travel Club for Father's Day. In addition, Father Goose will feature the Vacationsss Travel Club on their web site -- fathergoose.com. The Vacationsss Travel Club has been designed to enhance the Company's franchise program by offering participation in the travel club to its franchisees. The travel club program will drive additional volume to participating agencies while providing an additional profit center to the Company. Travel club memberships marketed through affinity groups may offer independent travel agencies the opportunity to become affiliated as a participating travel agency. EXA International, Inc. will market its travel club under the trade style of Vacationsss Travel Club through the Major Employer Group, Inc. of Dallas/Fort Worth.
