Well, Cobalt! Just got done watching a great PBS Mystery and here you are. -g- My question to Fleck B went a bit beyond what you are talking about. I understand all you mentioned, I was wondering about the eerie similarities to the Matthews & Wright muni bond scam that the FBI and IRS crashed and burned, which I have more than a passing nod with. My guess is that the general fund, real estate owners, in effect, will finally get slapped for any shortfalls. Not many people went to the hooskow back then, and I doubt many will go this time, but a bunch of people will get rich in the course of events. And I ain't telling you what I do for a livin'. -g-
