ESST seems to be gaining ground in many areas. Looks like they have a good share of laptop (higher margin) market. They just beat their earnings estimate of .06 by .22 cents (.28). They have worked hard for strategic positioning in China market, which was very successful last quarter and could well grow exponentially. Stock price has risen from $5 1/2 to $11 in about 1 week.

I think CREAF and ESST would fit well together, but I see a lot of room for consolidation in this market. Margins could be raised considerably for SoundBlaster line if there were not so many ESST like companies.

ESST is venturing into internet telephony, using their own patents in audio, and are investing in a company developing VoiP. Wonder if CREAF has any plans to make the internet work for them? They could buy ESST for about 1/3 the market cap of CREAF.
