And to top it all off, an inaccurate charge based on erroneous data.

I am guessing "ssfigu" is looking at the 5-day BIDS chart on Yahoo!

ichart.yahoo.com

In this chart it appears BIDS never got down to $9 on Wednesday and didn't even get close until well after noon, meaning Mr. Pink could never have covered at that level by 10:00am

However, note the sporadic volume on the Yahoo! chart. Dead periods followed by sudden spikes. This is a common occurence on Yahoo! Charts and is a result of the data being unavailable for that symbol for periods of time. Clearly, quotes were extremely sporadic on Yahoo! for BIDS that morning, and thus the chart is highly unreliable.

Now, check the story provided by the BIDS chart on BigCharts:

206.146.143.80

Note the downward spike in the early going on the Wednesday morning in question. Note how it comes very close to, and I dare say likely touches, $9!

Brushing aside the currency argument as frivolous (BIDS trades in US$ only, not Cdn$), I can only conclude that the evidence is crystal clear.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, you must find my Client "not guilty".
