Interesting that the latest wire story relating to the rumours of a COMS buyout have elicited "no comment" responses from both Ericsson and 3Com. This is in sharp contrast to past behaviour pertaining to takeover rumours, when 3Com officials would flatly deny such rumours. Is this change in approach indicative of anything, should we even be reading anything into it?
