HRBC vs VERT, why is VERT trading so much higher than HRBC. If they are in the same business, is HRBC not followed as much?

I just heard of HRBC today for the first time on CNBC by someone from NITE (Probably a MM for the stock) who said that HRBC is an undervalued internet play. I have been looking for a cheap internet play. This may be it?
