Are the Shareholders of Record Date and the Dividend Date then same? June 2, 1999? yes The preferred shares will not split they remain the same. I dont think this common stock forward split will hurt their price at all, if anything bring the trading price back down to a more realistic level. The final SEC filings for the p's are being made ready, we worked on this quite a bit today... but the SEC lawyer is out of town until the latter part of this week. KAA
