cindy, I will get to the bottom of all this. Now, the company is in the city of Plymouth and the majority stockholder is in Wayzata, which are two suburbs right next to each other west of minneapolis. I am betting this is a good old boys club. More than likely the CEO, CFO and majority stock holder belong to the same country club. Get the picture. Probably go to the same church...Thats the way things are done here in the midwest. But we will see. It could be possible they are raising cash to buy a small company, would have to be "d" small with $30 million. I agree it does not smell right...... Are you holding a position in this company at this point in time? Joan
