Not to be picky (and I am in GLE, too), but it isn't a substantial commitment. The NR said it was for a 'nominal' amount.

I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, though, since they also said this was simply a precursor to a more substantial agreement they simply hadn't ironed out yet.
