INTERNET--(esecurities.W)--April 27, 1999 - [DBCC Competitor] PQT to IPO PCQuote.com. "...PC QUOTE INC said Monday it planned to list its PCQuote.com subsidiary. The company said in a statement it planned to file a registration statement for the initial public offering within the next 30 days. PCQuote.com is an Internet-based provider of real-time financial data and analytical tools targeted to online investors. The company offers a variety of free and subscription-based financial services. Separately, PC Quote said it planned to change its name to HyperFeed Technologies Inc. and would submit the request to its shareholders for approval at its annual meeting in June.
