Free franchises for new Asian on-line shopping network

HONG KONG - Internet users all over the world will soon be able to obtain free franchises to open on-line retail stores fully stocked with merchandise made in Asia.

Hong Kong-based e-commerce portal Asia4Sale.com Ltd (www.asia4sale.com), with support from Internet Service Provider, Hong Kong Telecom (www.netvigator.com), the largest ISP in this Special Administrative Region of China, is soon to launch the new and unique on-line shopping service.

Asia4Sale is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZiaSun Technologies Inc (OTC BB: ZSUN) (www.ziasun.com), which has recently been making substantial investments in the Asian region.

The new program is unique in that it will permit anyone in the world to open an on-line store and sell goods from an Asian-based virtual warehouse.

Asia4Sale will offer on-line retail franchises free of charge, create virtual stores in minutes, and provide franchise-holders with products for sale. A generous commission scheme will apply.

Just last month Hongkong Telecom and Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) announced plans to develop a high-speed Internet service to assist, among other things, on-line shopping via home personal computers and televisions.

Mr Brian Hodgson, Managing Director of Asia4Sale said, "The on-line shopping service will be a major component of the Asia4Sale e-commerce portal."

"Asia4Sale will be a three-part e-commerce facility catering to the global market. The service will include on-line Industrial Auctions, Business Barter and On-line Shopping," he said.

"The on-line shopping component is very exciting in view of recent advances in that area. We are putting together a virtual warehouse fully stocked with products from Asian manufacturers.

"Anyone in the world will be able to open an on-line store and supply goods from our virtual warehouse, and then promote their store to their family, friends and on the Internet.

The company says that the new e-commerce portal will operate alongside the group's other Internet products and services, like Swiftrade (www.swiftrade.com), M Finance (www.mfinance.com), MediaHits (www.mediahits.com), Search Dragon (www.searchdragon.com), and Online Investors Advantage (www.i-advantage.com).
