All I can say is, let the fraud floodgates open!

With the current internut stock mania raging, one can see a not so distant future where fraudulent press releases are issued on a daily basis in the names of various publicly traded companies, in an effort to move stock prices.

"IBM BUYS LEMONADE STAND, INC (LMND) FOR 10 BILLION"

Business Wire just doesnt want the public to realize there is nothing stopping the average joe from issuing a press release in Microsoft's name, as long as they pay the 300 buck fee.

That, more than anything else, is why Biz Wire is suing you guys. Good luck!
