My prognosis is that it will close above $75 and below $150.

I don't call daily trading, don't know anyone that can.

Some not so bright day traders might bail out if they were expecting a 2 for 1 split. How could there be a split in the midst of a merger?

It would delay the deal.

While results looked solid to me, they may not have been strong enough to justify the lofty valuation.

I would be perfectly happy to see the stock weaken from here. (So I can buy more.)
