As Buckwheat would say, "DOOOOOOOOOOHHH!!!"

I spoke with Roger last night for 40 minutes. It was nice to finally get through to him.

So, they are still in "bidness" and they are still working those previously announced MOU's hopefully hammering out contracts (and may have already - he wouldn't/couldn't divulge).

The auditor is busy away crunching numbers for filing. I stated that November was their "drop dead" date on filing and he corrected me and stated that November was the deadline for EVERYTHING related to filing witht the SEC. Rebuttals and all.

As far at the presentation to NY Brokers and the new SEC filing rules, his comment was that the brokers HATE IT!! AWWW!!! Poor guys won't be able to manipulate very much anymore. Now, who here feels sorry for the MM's?????

Apparently there are brokers watching and waiting. That will be very good for us when this thing turns around.

Roger also wanted to thank all of the longs for the steadfast determination to not let the MM's drive you away and take your money. He wanted to thank all the shareholders for hanging tough.

I suspect that DGIV would be wise to be buying back shares at these prices (that is if they can).

Louis International was a caterpillar that has now turned into a butterfly from their perspective. It appears that what appeared to be a "couple of friends get together" has turned into a "big ole' yard party" if you get my drift. Can't elaborate more than that.

Indonesia haggles alot. The Ruppah (it think that is right) is down so negotiations continue. Kind of like taking a taxi when you have not other choice and the driver is not one you'd care for. But, you gotta get from A to B so you do it anyway. They are still hammering on this front.

Didn't say too much about Teltek.

Wants to post news REALLY bad, but knows that if it doesn't stick like a peanut butter ball to the school cafeteria ceiling, then they are sticking their but out in the breeze all over again.

Asked about current DIRECT competition and he stated that he wasn't aware of ANY doing exactly what they are doing. I asked him to compare VocalTech and ACCR and IPVC and N2P and he said that he felt that they were very different from Digitcom interms of their core business model. No threat was the opinion. That could be debatted I am sure.

I asked about leasing the Trans Atlantic and Trans Pacific trunk lines for all this VoIP hookup efforts. He stated that that wasn't a problem to take care of and that they already had that under their belt.

Hope all this helps. Seems to have simmered me down a bit. 'Cause I know Ya'll been getting really tired of my whimpering - Okay WHINING lately.

Have a great day YA'LL. And WB ATTTTAAAAABOOOOYYY!!! (I have another little one to catch in a few days - WB will know what I mean).

These are forward looking comments and do not directly reflect what is ACTUALLY going on with DGIV's foundational building efforts. Ephemisms are property of Zack Lyon
