Hey, Jim (ex-cat):
What I've been told is that ICOM mgmt. is royally p****d at possible shorting of the stock in this whole preferred conversion thing. I feared this - even though an agreement may state such a prohibition, where there is a will, there is a way to get this done, IMHO. I wonder if the company has legal recourse if it is determined that such an event occurred.
Oh, yeah, I remember $11! But now, $1.50 is like a wet dream for me! But, seriously, the trading action yesterday is reminiscent of when ICOM started its run from just north of $1.50 to the low double digits a couple of years back. On that time, it appeared that an overhang on the stock was lifted on one day, and the stock ran. Not saying it will happen again this time, JMHO and speculation.
