High-profile appeal fails, Corel owed cash or contract
  THE federal government has lost a second round in a dispute with Corel Corp. that could cost taxpayers millions.
The Federal Court of Appeal has ruled the government has no grounds to appeal a ruling by the Canadian International Trade Commission that the deck was stacked against Corel when it lost a tender last year to supply year 2000-compliant software to Revenue Canada....
