Get-Out-Of-Debt, Recapitalization Plan Launched
Over the next several weeks, Michael L. Wallace, president of Trinity Energy Resources, Inc., will be traveling to meet with current shareholders, potential investors, and investment firms with regard to recapitalization of the company. "Obviously," he says, "the company has obligations that must be met within the next 90-days. In addition, there are a number of potentially profitable opportunities currently available to us that we want to implement timely in an effort to put the company in a profitable posture as soon as possible."
