Here is a post from RB that someone posted regarding his conversation with Alan Ker, CFO of UHCI: "My conversation with the CFO: I spoke with Alan Ker, who very nice and helpful. Essentially, hr reiterated that the company has been in the managed care business for 14 years. Unfortunately the profits were "camouflaged" by the GM corp. He is very excited now that they are rid of them. They are concentrating on Managed Care and intend to move forward in that direction. The Whirlpool is still there and they plan on bringing on different sites in near future. He feels that the company is in a great position to move forward in their field, as they are currently in a pivotal point, and are looking for financing. He anticipates future growth and future news which will be delivered via press releases. All in all he sounded optimistic about the direction of this company, and so do I.
