Del: Are you aware that the DTC "chill" is probably due to the release of additional certs by the old TA. This may have resulted in an erroneous increase in the O/S count. If there were more shares being released, I doubt the DTC would have had trouble meeting demands and no halt would have occurred. It is more likely that there was an over statement of the number of O/S. Therefore, the lack of stated shares and EPS would be BULLISH! We won't know for certain until there is a restatement. However, in your typical negative attitude, you have decided that the glass is empty rather than half full. tom
