that management has successfully completed arrangements for several new OEM
products from Taiwan including Flat screen LCD monitors, lap top computers and
video conferencing products. These products will be purchased under OEM
agreements with the various manufacturers and sold on the Company's
merchanttraders.com web site.
The Company is also pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached
to acquire Outdoor Technologies for cash and stock. Outdoor Technologies
brings with it several lines of camping and recreational products.
Additionally, Outdoor Technologies has developed several proprietary products
for which the patent process has been started.
