Well kids, it appears we may have to take our conversations over to the Intervoice message board soon. Actually I've only seen headlines so the deal could be for cash. We will receive $13.40/share. I really thought that BVSI would take us much higher than that being we've been in the 20s a couple of times in the past. Oh well! Hey, Maybe T will offer more? Rob
