Good Morning, Zack! Thanks for the update. What a novel idea...calling the company and then sharing your info. <vbg> it is much appreciated. Loved the euphemisms; especially the "peanut butter balls on the ceiling" one. LOL...was much nicer than the one I could have come up with! <g> he corrected me and stated that November was the deadline for EVERYTHING related to filing witht the SEC. Rebuttals and all. Well, this is encouraging news (IMO) as some seem to think it will be the 11th hour before Digitcom will even file. "Rebuttals and all" would lead us to believe, knowing the "speed" of the SEC and the sheer vol of traffic expected, that they will almost have to do the initial filing pretty soon. No? Hey, wonder how long it will take for someone to request the "butterfly's" phone number? I give it less than a day! <gg> Ok, so you're catching another little one? Are we gonna become a daddy again, or am I way off base? <g> Have a good day, Zack...hope you slept much better last night and that today, your step is a bit lighter. E! p.s. Roger...if you are reading this...You have no idea what it has taken for many to keep hanging tough. We're ready for the peanut butter balls to be tossed. TIA! :-)
