CNBC says "looks like business as usual for UNPH, which is pretty darned good"
response: T/TCI deal will be good for next year, increasing bandwidth demand. Cable business is changing rapidly to become 2-way voice/data into the users' home.

CNBC says "According to GAP, JDS deal is massively diluting."
response: "No a pooling transaction. Operating performace is profitable and growing. Impact of goodwill not included has no effect. Goodwill must be written off over time.

CNBC says "is it an advantage you being neutral on the internet?"
response: Yes, we are a proxy for the internet, independent of vendors and content. "We are just the light that runs through it."

Impressions:
CEO very polished, credible and confident. A very positive interview, excellent exposure. Gave me even more confidence in my investment.
