Harold: There are some governing conditions for a take over a:The suitor has to either have cash or alternately have his stock at a High to arrest/absorb any share dilution that may be a threat. That may narrow the list. b: COMS price needs to be within 35-40% of the take over valuation to avoid cries of overpayment by the shareholders of the Take over Company. COMS current price is way too low for this to be met. c:New Mgmt changes/Reengineering are rarely broadcast prior to a take over. COMS has just announced a Reorganisation and some Appointments. Based on this, COMS may not be so close to a take over as some are touting.
