elcom.com to Add Over 100,000 Software Titles to its Internet Storefront

NORWOOD, Mass., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- elcom.com, inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elcom International, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELCO - news), today announced it has signed a strategic alliance with Digital River, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRIV - news), a leader in electronic software downloading and delivery, to enhance its Internet storefront.
Under the strategic alliance, Digital River will act as a distribution fulfillment partner for elcom.com, supplying over 100,000 software titles to elcom.com's customers through its Internet storefront at www.elcom.com. The electronic link to Digital River is expected to become ''live'' during late May or early June, at which point these software products will be available for electronic downloading through elcom.com's Internet storefront for immediate use, or through next-day and other delivery options offered by elcom.com. Through this strategic alliance and the electronic link being established between the two companies, elcom.com's customers will have real-time pricing, product availability, and other information available through elcom.com's Internet storefront.
