"Where did you see that announcement? I frankly don't remember if I saw it or not - if I did, I probably yawned and said "that's nice". Now, if they were to announce an actual contract..."

At the bottom of the 3rd paragraph on page 2 of the rights offer it says they have regulatory approval in Canada, The United States, Australia, and Japan.
It talks about the successful completion of tests in the 1st paragraph on page three of the same rights offering.

I didn't see any announcement otherwise.......
