If you expect the deal to go through at 1.75xCOMS, and want to stay long RoboCom, and want to take a tax loss (assuming you are in a losing position on COMS) without waiting out the 30 day wash sale rule, you could sell COMS and buy USRX. The spread should at least cover your commissions.
