Repost: Pinnacle Oil's SFD technology and Momentum Zeev, it really is not that strange a business set up. It totally protects the SFD technology from a takeover since Pinnacle is a public vehicle. You never know what might happen down the road with a public company. Now the founders will always retain the technology for other uses other than hydrocarbon detection. For example, water detection. The SFD finds structure and tells whether it contains water or hydrocarbons. Being able to find water in the future could be worth a lot to Momentum. (the SFD can not tell the difference between salt and fresh water so don't be the first to drink it!) I talked with the Stephens directors after they did their deal and they said they had they been advising the company they (Stephens) would have set it up just like they did. I figure they are smarter than me so that was good enough for me at the time. Regarding your desire to know what the technology is, again, try and get the form 10-12 nasdaq filing. There are several pages to wet your curiosity. -Dilution
