DAK7.. I have been told that the filing will be done "absolutely, positively" by Friday. The company really thought that it would have been filed last week , but when you have input from external sources (Ernst & Young, lawyers), and they keep making last minute suggestions .. well, you get the picture. The new financing is a better deal for JAWS - the terms and conditions are much more fair. Again, it's money that we don't have to take, but it's nice to have as a cushion. And it gives us some leverage in dealing with other financing groups because we're not "desperate" for their money.
