NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Initial Launch of Hydro-Plus and Hydro-Strip completed with ICI Canada ______________________________________________________________________________ Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada April 27, 1999 Napier International Technologies Inc. (NIR.TSE) is pleased to report that it has received confirmation from ICI Canada that the initial national product launch for Napier's Plexi-Plus Graffiti Remover has been completed. After presentations in virtually all of the major distribution centres in Canada and receiving excellent and immediate response from the sales representatives, a national stocking order was placed which far exceeded initial expectations of both Napier and ICI. ICI has marketed the product under the brand name Hydro-Plus Graffiti Remover and it will be available in 1 gallon and 5 gallon sizes. Due to the significant response at the retail level, Napier and ICI have further concluded that a smaller size spray bottle will also be made available in the near future. Napier is also pleased to report that it has shipped a second significant stocking order to ICI for the Hydro-Strip 502 environmentally friendly coatings lifter. Initial national education seminars have been completed in time for the spring and summer refurbishing cycle in Canada and response has been very favorable.
