Just spoke to IR, (Tom Brady) here is the real scoop!
Audit: First of all news re: audit completion is expected this Friday. Tom told me not to hold my breath b/c, first time around audit was expected to be out early April. However they have received some preliminary reports and also Art Brown had left for California yesterday. In the words of Tom, "Art does not go down to Marina Del Ray for the hell of it". All things said if audit is done on Friday, (and again it is expected to be) blue sky should be here mid-next week. Much important news is dependant on the completion of the Audit.......i.e. the e-merchandise deal, financial projections, financing, etc. etc. etc.
Major Financing: According to Tom, some major financial institutions have offered EBLD some financing opportunities, however none of that will come out until Audit is complete. He seemed very up-beat about prospects.
Board Members: Would not disclose who or when, however I was told they have looked at a number of people within the entertainment industry and currently they are wineing and dinning some prospects!
RE: Stephen Brown situation: If anyone, whether it's the secretary, or the janitor, or the CEO gets in the way of company progress or is not doing their Job, appropriate steps will be taken. The greater good of the company will come first! It only makes sense!
Bottom Line: Audit will open up some doors. 2 - 4 press releases within the next couple of weeks. Company wants to get on to the NASDAQ.
