Let me give u a quick lesson in market 101..often the only bids out there on a stock are those put in by someone who is short. Without shortselling, you would not have any liquidity in the market. That's a fact. A flurry of shortsellers sometimes is indicative of something wrong at a company, sort of like a red flag...Regards
